Frank advises many of Ellin & Tucker’s most prominent clients, developing custom tax plans that reflect their unique needs and goals and representing them before federal and state tax agencies when needed.
Though Frank is a lifelong Maryland native, he proudly celebrates his love for the Washington Commanders, to the chagrin of Ellin & Tucker’s dedicated Ravens fans.
